This privacy policy sets out how Sue Newport uses and protects any personal data that you provide to her.  Sue Newport is a Healer, Teacher and Mentor with an educational and healing aim. Her website  based at Rapkyns Old Stables, Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex, RH12 3PQ.is owned and operated by Sue Newport and uses Wix.com who state they are GDPR compliant.

She may collect information in the following ways:

·         When you sign up for membership/subscription

·         If you register for a workshop and/or events

·         If you contact me with enquiries and comments

·         Through my use of Google Analytics cookies (please see the cookies section below)

If you take one of the steps mentioned above, she may collect and process personal information about you such as:

·         Records of your correspondence if you have contacted her

To meet my contractual obligations when explicit consent of the data subject has been given and legitimate interest to respond to enquiries concerning the services provided by her.

She uses this information for:

·         Internal administration e.g. maintaining membership, workshop, course or events lists

·         Responding to your enquiries via email or telephone contact

Full member (if applicable) : name, address, telephone number and email addresses - 24 months after membership is deemed to have lapsed.

Subscribers to Free Membership or Newsletters (if applicable): name and email address - 2 years or until you unsubscribe or emails bounce back as ‘not delivered’.

Personal data relating to workshops, courses and events - 24 months after applying for or enquiring about an event.

 

10. Your rights and your personal data

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data: -

·         Right of access to request a copy of the information that she holds about you.

·         Right of rectification to correct data that she holds about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

·         Right to restriction of processing where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data.

·         Right to be forgotten. You can ask for the data she holds about you to be erased from her records where it is no longer   necessary for her to retain such data.

·         Right of portability – you have the right to have the data she holds about you transferred to another organisation.

·         The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.
